Lookup Your Confirmed Reservations
Review your reservation; view hotel name, dates of stay, price paid, bedding type requested, and more. Make a print out for hard copy confirmation.

Change or Cancel Reservation
You may change dates, add more nights, or cancel your reservation. There is a change/cancellation fee, usually $50 (no fee to add nights).
 

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I be sure that my credit card information is secure?
We have the utmost respect for your privacy and security. We never divulge any information in our fully encrypted database account to anyone without your consent. Once you enter the reservations system to book a reservation, you are automatically taken into a secure booking engine that guarantees a safe and smooth transaction.  We are very confident about the Internet security provided by Netscape's Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). The security features built into Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer, and AOL 3.0 and 4.0 protect your Internet communications with server authentication, privacy using encryption, and data integrity.

How do I reserve my hotel room?
The reservation process we have established is very simple. After you have entered the dates you would like to stay, you will need to click the "Prices and Availability" button in order to see what hotels are available on your dates, and what the rate types are that are available for you to choose from.

1. After hotels and rates are returned to your screen, you will be able to choose the hotel you desire by reading the info in the right side of the table, then clicking on the book button next to the info button.

2. After you have selected your desired hotel, you will be taken to a "Secure Reservation Request" form. There you will need to review the "Reservation Information" and fill in the blanks on the "Customer Information" section.

3. The last part of the "Customer Information" section will ask you to enter your credit card information or choose to call or fax in the information. By paying with a credit card over our SECURE form, your reservations is booked immediately. If you choose to call or fax the information, the reservation will not be confirmed until we have received the credit card numbers.

Do the prices listed include any applicable local taxes?
No; the prices listed do not include any taxes.

Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover.

When is my credit card charged?
Your card is charged as soon as you complete your reservation. Any additional amenity charges (phone calls, pay-per-view movies, etc.) will be billed by the hotel when you leave.

When I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, they said can’t find any record of my reservation.
We purchase blocks of rooms at our featured hotels and then resell these at discounted prices. All rooms are taken from this allotment, and it usually takes about a week for the hotel’s register to be updated with your information. The only exception to this is for hotels in Las Vegas and Reno-Tahoe, which will only make the replacement the day before your arrival.

What about the “hot deals”?
The participating properties we serve offer the quoted rates to our users. These rates offer substantial savings but are subject to availability, and may carry certain requirements as to dates they may apply. Rates do not include taxes and may vary due to seasonal changes or special events. Due to the nature of the hotel industry, rates and applicable discounts are constantly changing.
